技能ビザの要件
①本邦の公私の機関との契約に基づくこと
②豊富な実務経験を積んでいること

②日本人と同等額以上の賃金を受け取ること
日本人と同じ賃金規定で、賃金・給与の支払いを受けるということ。
賃金規定を定めていない場合には、同種の業務・同等の地位にある日本人を基準とします。
〇必要書類
所属することとなる機関が、カテゴリー１～４のいずれかで変わります。
また、「コック」と「コック以外」でも必要書類が違います。

1. Based on contracts with public and private institutions in Japan.
2. Accumulated substantial practical experience.

| Aircraft piloting | Flight experience of 1,000 hours or more |
| Sports coaching | 3 years or more of practical experience OR participation in international events such as the Olympics or World Championships |
| Wine sommelier | 5 years or more of practical experience, with awards in international competitions |
Receiving a salary equal to or higher than that of Japanese nationals entails receiving payment based on the same wage regulations as Japanese nationals. In cases where wage regulations are not specified, Japanese nationals in similar positions with similar duties will be the reference point.
Required Documents
The category of required documents varies depending on whether the institution falls under categories 1 to 4. Additionally, different documents are required for "cooks" and "non-cook" positions.
